Casting

The casting process is always very stressful for both the company and the actors as it is very important you get the 'right' people to play the part, if they do not look the part the film will not have the effect intended. These people have not only got to look the part but it is important that they have talent in performing and can act. If they cannot they will play the part effectively or how we as a company intend.
When choosing it is essential for us to get their contact details to arrange the time and meeting places for filming days, we cannot hire any one that does not turn up to rehearsals or filming, this could possibly ruin the films quality because time for editing will be cut. We have already decided on the earlier post of what we are expecting each character to look like and so we have an idea of what sort of people we would like to cast.
Therefore, within the casting process  it is important for us to take into consideration the following aspects about each artist and auditionee:

  • Looks
  • Age
  • Style
  • Gender
  • Hair Colour
  • Wage
  • Weight
  • Ability
  • Versatility
  • Voice
  • Reliability
