Testing filming in locations/casting
We tested on filming in our chosen locations and decided that in the daytime was the best for excellent high quality camera work. Here is a few of the videos we took to confirm that our chosen locations were suitable.
Change in CASTING
UNFORTUNATELY OUR ACTOR PLAYING KENNETH IS ILL AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE FILMING DAYS. IT IS TOO LATE TO RECAST AND OUR OTHER CANDIDATE HAS BEEN CONTACTED BUT IS UNAVAILABLE. THEREFORE, WE HAVE DECIDED TO CUT KENNETH FROM THE TRAILER BUT HOWEVER STILL HAVE HIM MENTIONED BY OTHER CHARACTERS, LIKE CARA.
WE HAVE ALSO DECIDED THAT THE PHONE CALL SHOULD BE SPOKEN FROM HANNAH'S MOTHER RATHER THAN HER EX TO AVOID CONFUSING THE AUDIENCE.
Costumes and Props
As a producer of the film with a little budget we will have to provide our own props and costumne for the production. In a major budgeted film making the company would hire set designers, costume designers and make-up/hair artists.
We can not hire in our own artists because it costs a company a lot of money.
Designers
Costume Designers
Make-Up Artists
Hair Artists
Therefore we need to create a list of the costume needed for each character so our characters can play the part and look presentable. Props may be needed for scenes to make sense and to let the audience understand the trailer.

Script/Outline of shooting for cast
We have created a script for all the pieces of dialogue we think we are needing within the piece. All scripts have been sent out to every cast member so they can rehearse and become familiar with their lines. These should all be learnt by the filming day and this has been stated in the email.

Locations
Locations are essential for telling the main plot or story-line of a film. If the trailer is set within a haunted house and the film is a romantic drama, they're portraying two binary opposite concepts. Therefore, your location must suit your plot and story-line. We have had to justify what locations we need and why, as well as then find the suitable places to film our trailer. If filming in a premises that we are unfamiliar with; it is important for us as a company to make sure we have the rights to be able to film there.
Hannah's Costumes
Both Marcia and I have thought and discussed our ideas on costumes for each character. We have done this in order to allow us to be able to notify our actors on what they will need to bring with them on film day as well as what we may need to buy additionally.

Chosen Actor for Hannah
Our chosen actor for Hannah was Brianna Barwell aged 17. In evaluation, it was agreed that this candidate met our expectations. She has available to participate in filming at weekends and weekdays, as well as being interested in acting for TV and Film in the long term. Her commitment to the job over ruled all over candidates.
